Elder disputes - What's best?

I know what’s best…

I know what’s best…

What should happen to Mum and Dad?

When our loved ones reach that time of life and they need extra care, how will that work out? Will someone in the family take them in? Will the destination be an Aged Care Facility? If so where and which one? So many decisions to be made and if siblings or other family members can’t decide what to do it can become quite tense and if there’s money involved with sale of property and wills and assets to take care of it’s not unusual for people to have some very different ideas about what should happen.

So before you move the family relationship to the cold level of Christmas cards at 20 paces, why not seek mediation and really work together for the best outcome. In the end relationships are so very important and valuable.
