FAMILY DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Family Dispute Resolution Mediation is a pre-court process whereby separating parents or carers engage in a well-meaningful discussion, about the needs of their children and financial matters. We help parents and carers to communicate and work with each other on issues relating to their children, property division, financial matters and parenting plans.

We are currently providing online mediations allowing for even greater flexibility and accessibility. We can provide online mediation services Australia-wide. Often parties find it safer and more manageable to meet virtually rather than in the same room.

We are committed to providing the best possible service that assists people in an extremely difficult time of their life. For a separating couple our purpose is to provide a safe, supportive and productive environment where individuals can have their voices heard. We facilitate people to speak openly and honestly about the dispute as well as generate options and ideas for resolution.

Mediation can address the core issues of a dispute early. It creates a level of understanding and acknowledgment that helps participants reach their outcomes without going to court. All of our mediators are nationally accredited and approved through NMAS and the Attorney Generals Department
