It all started when…

After over four decades of Church leadership at national, state and local level, I have a wealth of experience in helping people resolve conflict. Quite a significant percentage of my leadership activity over these years has been in the conflict resolution arena. I have worked with families, groups, teams, business people and leaders from many different backgrounds and cultures. This experience has helped me to understand people, how they think and feel and how to best assist them to move forward in resolving conflict. My manner and style with people will put them at ease and empower them to make great decisions.

I have extensive experience in training and have a Cert IV in Workplace Assessment & Training TAE 40110. I am used to public speaking and as a weekly practice over nearly four decades I can present and train in almost any environment.

My beginnings in the Industry of Electrical Engineering afforded me experience with Government and business. I have over the years been involved with Not For Profit organisations and sat on boards where multi-million dollar deals were being done. My best experience is working with all kinds of people, both strong minded and those needing support. I believe I can empower others to make progress through significant challenges of Conflict Resolution.

I have served in the Not-For Profit sector as a Board member of a charity called Destiny Rescue for approximately ten years. I also served as a White Ribbon Ambassador working on prevention of Family Violence. I have been a volunteer Police Chaplain in Victoria for 16 years, helping Police members with support and care.

I am now a trained Mediator (NMAS) and have experience in mediation in the Workplace, Faith Based organisations and Victoria Police. Having now been trained in Group Facilitation, I am qualified to conduct DPR (Direct Personal Response conferences as a part of the National Redress Scheme for the Royal Commission into Child Abuse in Australia.
